Application Clean and dry your teeth before use. Simply peel off the protective film from the larger strip and place the sticky side of the strip on your upper teeth and press firmly. Now fold the lower end around your teeth so that they are whitened all around.
Repeat the same for the lower row of teeth with the smaller strip. Leave the strips on the teeth for 30-60 minutes for best results.
