Anwendung

In the sauna, you can ideally use essential oil with ice balls to create a pleasant scent and intensify the sauna experience. Add a few drops to an ice ball and place it on the hot sauna stones, or mix the oil with water for a classic infusion. Be careful not to pour the oil undiluted onto the stones, as this could burn it and lose its effectiveness.

Also suitable for room fragrance and personal aromatherapy. For use in aromatherapy, we recommend consulting the relevant specialist literature.
