First, apply a suitable oil or serum to the skin. Using light to medium pressure, slowly and evenly move the Gua Sha stone over the skin, preferably along the muscle and lymphatic pathways. Work from the inside out and from bottom to top. Repeat each movement several times.

For a more intense effect, you can warm the stone before use (relaxing) or cool it (invigorating). After use, let your skin rest and drink plenty of fluids.
