In the sauna, you can ideally use essential oil with ice balls to create a pleasant scent and intensify the sauna experience. Add a few drops to an ice ball and place it on the hot sauna stones, or mix the oil with water for a classic infusion. Be careful not to pour the oil undiluted onto the stones, as this could burn it and lose its effectiveness.
