The dressing is prepared as a classic vinaigrette with cold-pressed rapeseed oil, apple and white wine vinegar, wholegrain mustard, water, honey and lemon juice. The dressing goes perfectly with a crisp salad or as a dip for delicious, freshly baked bread.
