A 20g handcrafted incense bundle made of cedarwood, bay leaf, and eucalyptus, wrapped in Palo Santo. Palo Santo is considered energetically cleansing, and when used in conjunction with the base trio, it is said to achieve profound spiritual cleansing and protection.
Burning time : approx. 2 hours
Light the incense bundle until it catches fire. Immediately afterward, blow out the flames so that the herbs smolder and produce smoke. The smoke is then diffused throughout the sauna, either before or during the ceremony, or blown around the guests' bodies. After the ceremony, extinguish the bundle in a bowl of sand (check carefully to make sure it is truly extinguished) before storing it for future use.
Caution: We generally recommend lighting the wood outside of the sauna. Please be careful during the smoking process for any loose or smoldering pieces.
The bundle itself is made of cedarwood, laurel and eucalyptus, while the outer layer is made of palo santo.
