Most of the menthol produced comes from peppermint, the rest from related plants. The so-called menthol crystals are produced from this extracted menthol using a special freezing process.

Application note:

Put menthol crystals in an ice ball. Cool the stones with clear water, place the ice ball with menthol crystals on the cooled area and pour the water over it discreetly. We highly recommend combining it with 100% pure natural essential mint and eucalyptus oils.

Be careful with the dosage: less is more!
