Produktbeschreibung

The coffee cherries grow in the shade, are harvested by hand, and first sorted in water tanks to remove impurities. They then ferment for 12–16 hours, are washed, and dried in solar dryers. In Vancouver, the coffee undergoes the Swiss Water process: the beans are soaked, the caffeine is extracted through filters, and then recombined with the coffee extract before being dried to the optimal moisture content.
