Clean and dry your teeth before use. Simply peel off the protective film from the larger strip and place the adhesive side of the strip on the upper teeth and press firmly. Now fold the lower end around the teeth so that they are whitened all over.
Repeat the same for the lower row of teeth with the smaller strip. Leave the strips on your teeth for 30-60 minutes for best results.
Then remove the strips and simply rinse your mouth.
