The sake farm sources its coffee from plantations in the Ngoma district of Rwanda, where 2,200 coffee farmers cultivate approximately 73,400 coffee trees. The coffee cherries are transported to the sake processing station by bicycle, vehicle, or even carried on people's heads. Since 1999, the farm has collaborated with the Twuzuzanye and Berwa Mubyeyi associations, as well as with women's groups in the coffee industry.
