Are your formulas clean, vegan, and cruelty-free?
Will these textures work for sensitive skin?
They’re fragrance-smart and barrier-friendly. Start with a patch test on the jawline, apply with light pressure, and build slowly. If irritation occurs, discontinue and consult your dermatologist.
How do I find my shade?
Match in daylight along the jaw, not the wrist. Read your undertone (golden, olive, neutral, cool) and choose the shade that “disappears” at the edges. Between two options? Pick the lighter one and add warmth with cheek or lip.
Can I build coverage without caking?
Yes—layer thin, sheer passes and let each set for a few seconds. Use fingers or a soft brush, then set only where you shine. The finish stays breathable and skin-true.
What’s the PAO (shelf life after opening)?
Creams/sticks are typically 12M; mascaras and glosses about 6M. Keep caps tight, store cool and dry, and avoid pumping air into mascara.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship across the U.S. via tracked services. Standard delivery is usually 3–6 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. Orders $50+ often qualify for free shipping.
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. New/unused items are refunded to the original method; lightly tested items may be eligible for store credit. Final-sale items aren’t returnable.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
There’s a short window (about 60 minutes) after purchase—contact us immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can use the returns process.
